The fix: one matched set for everyone
Same lighting, same background and the same guided direction for every person, so the team page reads as one set instead of a collage. In studio, at your office or at an event, and every finished file comes back cropped and formatted the same way.
Team headshot pricing
Session totals first, because the per-person rate steps down as the group grows. Minimum booking is 2 people, in studio or at your office.
The rates behind those totals: the first 9 people are $195 each, people 10 through 25 are $155 each, 26 through 50 are $129 each, and 51 and up are $99 each. The tiers stack, so 25 people is (9 × $195) + (16 × $155) = $4,235.
Charged once per visit for building and breaking down the portable studio, which takes approximately 45 minutes. Team sessions at the Langley studio have no setup fee, because there is no mobile station to build.
Totals above are before GST and before the setup fee. There is no separate location fee on a team session: the setup fee covers bringing the studio to you.
New-hire matching
New employees come to the Langley studio and are matched to your existing set: lighting, background, crop, and file format. A custom online booking calendar is available for ongoing hires.
Background & lighting options
Classic gray, white, dark, environmental office backdrops, or an exact match of headshots your company had done previously, from any photographer.

Files ready to publish
Every selected image comes back in the crops you actually use: wide for the website, square for LinkedIn, and print resolution for press. Files are named by person so marketing and IT can drop them straight in.
