Every rate on one page, grouped by what you are booking. Individual sessions book online. Teams, events and photo days are quoted, usually within one business day.
Four different ways of pricing, because a single portrait and a 40-person office day are not the same job. Find your row, then read the detail below.
Headshots and personal branding at the Langley studio, priced per session.
Priced by head count, and the per-person rate steps down as the group grows.
Priced by hours on site, whether that is coverage, a booth, or both.
Centres and schools pay nothing. Families order what they want, from $18.
The Mini and the Session are the same studio, lighting and direction. The difference is time on the clock, how many outfits you get through, and how many finished files you leave with. Branding is a different brief: a library of images for a website and a year of posts.
Add-ons: extra retouched image $25 each · hair & makeup $150 to $250. Shooting somewhere other than the Langley studio adds a location fee, quoted per booking by distance. See travel, setup and tax.
The same per-person rates apply whether the team comes to the Langley studio or the studio comes to you. Coming to your office adds a $350 setup fee for the visit. Minimum booking is 2 people. Everyone gets the same lighting, the same background and the same crops, so the team page reads as one set.
The rates behind those totals: the first 9 people are $195 each, people 10 through 25 are $155 each, 26 through 50 are $129 each, and 51 and up are $99 each. The tiers stack rather than replace each other, so 25 people is (9 × $195) + (16 × $155) = $4,235.
Charged once per visit for building and breaking down the portable studio, which takes approximately 45 minutes. There is no setup fee at the Langley studio, and no separate location fee on a team session: this one line covers bringing the studio to you.
Everything on site is priced by the hour, with a two-hour minimum. Weddings sit on their own rate card because the day runs longer, the schedule is fixed, and there is no second chance at any of it.
One photographer, your program and the candids around it, edited gallery with full commercial usage rights. Additional hours get cheaper as the day gets longer: $225 for hours 3 and 4, $175 for hours 5 and 6, $125 for hours 7 and 8.
One photographer through getting ready, the ceremony, portraits and the party, and an edited gallery with full personal usage rights. Every hour after the first two is $350, whether it is hour three or hour eight.
Past eight hours, or for multi-day and multi-venue events, ask for a custom quote. Festival, concert and private celebration coverage uses the corporate ladder: see festivals and public events and private celebrations.
Highlight reels and social clips alongside photo coverage. Quoted to the event.
Where the venue Wi-Fi holds up, guests get a private gallery of their own photos within minutes of being photographed.
Same portable studio, same photographer running it, two different reasons to book it. Both are priced by the block of hours, never by the head, so the cost is known before anyone lines up.
For conferences, expos and member events. About 30 people an hour, two minutes each, and each attendee walks away with their edited headshot on their phone.
Add-ons: instant retouching, a hair and makeup station, extra photographers for higher demand, sponsor branding and opt-in lead capture.
For weddings and celebrations. A staffed studio booth beside the dance floor, with up to three 4x6 prints per group handed over on the night.
Runs alongside wedding coverage or entirely on its own. Prints, backdrop and an attendant are included, not extras.
Food, beverage, product, fashion and industrial work, quoted per project rather than by package. The number moves with shoot length, how many dishes, SKUs or spaces are on the list, styling needs and usage rights. Travel is folded into that quote, never billed as a separate line.
Studio or outdoors, priced by time on the clock and how many finished images come home with you. High-resolution files with personal print rights every time. Prints and albums are an option, never a requirement.
30 minutes at the Langley studio, 10 finished images. Room for the whole family plus a few of the kids on their own.
A full hour, 20 finished images, several setups: everyone together, the kids, the couple, the grandparents.
75 minutes at Fort Langley, Campbell Valley, White Rock or a place that means something to you, 20 finished images.
Preschools, daycares, K–12 schools, sports clubs, dance studios and gymnastics clubs all book the same way: the day itself costs the centre nothing, and families order online from their own private gallery afterwards. Nothing is collected at the door.
No booking fee, no minimum order for the centre to hit, no travel charge.
Print packages and digital options at every budget, listed in full below.
Up to 15% off for families who order in the first week galleries are open.
Orders ship free while the gallery is new, straight to the family.
Class and group photos, sibling photos, staff headshots and fundraising options are all part of planning the day. Ask about a date.
What families pay after a preschool, daycare or school photo day. Prices in Canadian dollars, ordered online from each family's own gallery.
Every download includes personal print rights.
Three things sit outside the numbers above. Whichever applies to your booking is confirmed in writing before you commit, so there is nothing to discover on the invoice.
Team and on-site headshot visits only, charged once per visit for building and breaking down the portable studio. Nothing at the Langley studio, and no location fee on top.
Individual headshots, personal branding and outdoor family sessions away from the studio, quoted per booking by distance from Langley. Events, weddings, booths and photo days carry no travel line at all.
Every price on this page is before GST. Dated bookings hold with a deposit that comes off the final invoice, and the balance is due on delivery.
Service area is the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. Anywhere beyond it is still worth asking about, and will be quoted honestly.
