Vancouver mini dates
$195 plus GST, total $204.75. A $50 deposit is taken when you choose your time and comes off that total. The deposit is non-refundable, with a free reschedule into another open slot if you give at least 48 hours notice.
Each date has a limited number of 20 minute slots. Booking closes when they fill.

Main Street and Science World station is four stops from Waterfront on the Expo Line, so a mini fits inside a lunch break. Clients come in from the downtown core, Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown, Strathcona, Mount Pleasant, False Creek and Olympic Village, and along the SkyTrain from Burnaby and New Westminster.
The studio has high ceilings, professional lighting and a choice of backdrops. It is open by appointment only, and the set is lit before your slot, so you walk in and start.

Twenty minutes means arriving on time is the whole game
Buzz in at the door for suite 700, and someone will meet you.
Mini slots run back to back, and ten minutes lost out of twenty cannot be recovered. Exact arrival instructions come with your booking confirmation.

Metered street parking along Terminal Avenue and a pay lot nearby, with easy access from Main Street and Clark Drive. Allow a few extra minutes at busy times.
What to wear
One outfit, so bring the one you want to be seen in. Solid mid to dark tones photograph best, and a collar or structured shoulder reads well at small sizes.

$195 plus GST, total $204.75. A $50 deposit is charged when you book and comes off the total. The balance is settled at your session.

How much is a headshot mini session in Vancouver?
The Vancouver headshot mini is $195 plus GST, total $204.75. A $50 deposit holds your slot and comes off that total. It covers 20 minutes, one outfit, 60+ photos reviewed on screen and one fully retouched image. Extra retouched images are $25 each.
Where are the Vancouver headshot minis photographed?
At our Vancouver studio, 333 Terminal Ave #700, Vancouver, BC V6A 4C1, a short walk from Main Street and Science World SkyTrain station. The studio is open by appointment only, so it is lit and ready for your slot.
Where do I park, and can I take transit?
There is metered street parking along Terminal Avenue and a pay lot nearby; allow a few extra minutes at busy times. By transit, Main Street and Science World station on the Expo Line is a few minutes on foot. Buzz in at the door for suite 700.
How quickly do I get my headshot?
You choose your image on screen before you leave. The retouched file arrives within 24 to 48 hours, cropped for LinkedIn, a company bio page and print.
Is a 20 minute mini enough for a good headshot?
For one clean look, yes. More than sixty frames are taken with direction on posture, chin and expression, and every frame comes up on a monitor as you go. If you want two outfits or more than one finished image, the 45 minute Headshot Session at $295 is the better fit.
When are the Vancouver mini dates?
Mini sessions run on published dates only, shown in the booking calendar on this page. Each date has a limited number of 20 minute slots and booking closes when they fill. Outside those dates, a full Headshot Session can be booked by appointment.
Can I book a mini for my whole team?
A mini is for one person. Teams of two or more are photographed as a matched set, at the Vancouver studio or at your office, from $195 per person, stepping down as the group grows.
Is there a Langley option?
Yes. The same mini, at the same price, runs at the Langley studio in Willoughby on its own published dates.

Open by appointment only, with no walk-in hours. Mini session dates are published in advance and each slot is 20 minutes, so arriving five minutes early keeps the day on time.
