A complete mobile studio (lights, backdrop, and live image review) set up at your office in Vancouver, anywhere in Metro Vancouver, or out through the Fraser Valley. Your team gets professional headshots without anyone leaving the building.
Request an On-Site QuoteThe studio is in Langley and the drive out to a client office is a normal part of the week. In Vancouver that means downtown and the financial district, Yaletown, Gastown, False Creek, Mount Pleasant, the Broadway corridor, Kitsilano and the airport hotels near YVR. Tower addresses are no problem: the kit loads in through the freight elevator on a cart.
The same day runs anywhere in the region: Burnaby around Metrotown and Brentwood, Surrey City Centre, Guildford and Cloverdale, the Tri-Cities, Richmond, the North Shore, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, White Rock, Langley, and out through Abbotsford and Chilliwack in the Fraser Valley.
Every visit works the same way: the same per-person tiers, the same gear, the same guided sessions, plus one $350 setup fee for building and breaking down the mobile station. That fee is the same wherever the office is, and there is no separate travel charge on top of it.
All I need on site is a room about 3 by 4 metres, one power outlet, and 45 minutes before the first person sits down. Tell me the building and I will tell you what to expect.
A look inside a working headshot station: the lighting, the coaching, and how fast one person moves through it.
Core Mechanical, Collective Technologies and Strongarm Labor, each photographed at their own office in a single visit. Same light, same backdrop, same crop, so the team page looks like it was built on purpose.
Core Mechanical, shot in their boardroom over one morning.
Collective Technologies, matched across four leaders.
Strongarm Labor, matched across the whole team in one visit.
The same mobile studio, set up in boardrooms, spare offices and event venues across the Lower Mainland.
Most companies are surprised how little it disrupts the day. Here's exactly what happens.
I arrive early and build the studio in a boardroom, spare office, or quiet corner. About 3×4 metres is all it takes, and breakdown needs the same 45 minutes at the end.
Five minutes each as standard, ten when the schedule allows. Compressed to three minutes, roughly 20 people move through a lunch hour.
Everyone is coached through posture and expression, and sees their images live. Nobody leaves unsure how they looked.
Each person picks favourites from a private online gallery. Retouched files arrive in every crop and format your brand needs.
Read the total for your head count, then add the setup fee once. Minimum booking is 2 people.
Behind the totals: the first 9 people are $195 each, people 10 through 25 are $155 each, 26 through 50 are $129 each, and 51 and up are $99 each. A person's rate depends on their place in the schedule, not on the size of the team, so 25 people is (9 × $195) + (16 × $155) = $4,235, never 25 × $155.
This is the mobile station: strobes, modifiers, backdrop and tethered screen carted in, built, and broken down again, at least 45 minutes at each end. It replaces any travel charge, so there is nothing else added to the totals above. Book the same session at the Langley studio instead and the setup fee does not apply.
All figures before GST. A 12-person office day is $2,220 plus $350, so $2,570 in total.
One email is usually enough. Wear what you would wear to meet a client, solid colours sit better than busy patterns, and arrive a couple of minutes before your slot. I send a short prep note you can forward as-is, along with the running schedule so everyone knows their time.
"Volkan did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and at ease during the photoshoot. I am really happy with how the corporate headshot turned out."
"Volkan was excellent to work with and went above and beyond for my headshots. Delivery was same-day, and the quality was second to none."
Yes. Downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Gastown, Mount Pleasant, the Broadway corridor and the rest of the city are all regular bookings, with the same $350 setup fee as anywhere else and no separate travel charge. Tower offices are fine: I load in with a cart and set up in a boardroom.
Ten minutes per person when the schedule allows, five minutes as the standard minimum, and three minutes each when a client is compressed, which puts roughly 20 people through a lunch hour. The goal is a consistent, polished result for every person rather than a maximum count.
Yes. Offices right across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, from Vancouver and the North Shore to Abbotsford and Chilliwack. One $350 setup fee covers the visit wherever you are, and it is confirmed in the quote.
They book a matched session at the Langley studio. The result is indistinguishable from the office set.
Proofing galleries within days; retouched finals shortly after selections. Rush delivery is available.
Yes. Each person gets a private gallery link and chooses their favourite. It removes HR from the middle entirely.
Usually yes. The kit adapts to smaller rooms; a quick photo of the space beforehand is all I need to confirm.
Tell me your head count and city for a quote within one business day.
