We worked with Volkan for both professional headshots and family photos. We had such a pleasant experience! I usually feel a little awkward in front of the camera, but Volkan made all of us feel comfortable from the beginning. Volkan was the photographer for school photos at my daughter's daycare. The photos were great, but her bowtie on her graduation cape was crooked. Volkan emailed me, offering to redo those photos. They then emailed me the new photos within 48 hours of them being taken. The pictures were great, but the customer service was even better!!
