Send me a headcount and a date range, and I handle the rest. The mobile studio comes to your office, a simple schedule keeps each person away from their desk for about five minutes, and everyone picks their own photo from a private gallery so nothing lands back on your plate. When you hire, new staff are photographed to match the set exactly.
Downtown offices, towers and shared workspaces are all fine. I need roughly a 3 by 4 metre space, one plug, and a freight elevator or loading access if the building has one. When you request a quote, tell me the building name and the floor and I will plan the load-in around it.

Every price is before GST. The same two sessions run at the Langley studio, any day it is free. Photos are delivered within two weeks, usually sooner. One reschedule is free with 48 hours notice, and arrival details come with your confirmation.

333 Terminal Ave #700, Vancouver, a short walk from Main Street and Science World SkyTrain station on the Expo Line. Street parking on Terminal Avenue or the Impark lot nearby. The studio is by appointment only, so buzz in when you arrive. More about the studio.
Two people. The first nine are $195 each and the rate steps down from the tenth person on. Office visits carry a setup fee from $150, charged once per visit for building and breaking down the portable studio, with no other travel charge.
For an individual session, one to two weeks ahead is usually enough. For a team day, send your headcount and a date range three to four weeks out so I can hold the day and plan the building access.
Bring both light and dark options for variety. Solid colours photograph better than busy patterns; structured layers like blazers add polish. Avoid large logos and neon. Wardrobe guidance comes with every session, and the blog has a full what-to-wear guide.
Yes. New staff are photographed to match the existing set: same background, lighting, crop and file format, at the Vancouver studio or on your next office visit. Your team page stays consistent for years, not months.
Naturally. Stray hairs, blemishes and shine go; your face stays your face. Retouching is included on the images in your package, one with the Mini and three with the Headshot Session. Extra retouched images are $25 each.
