The studio drives to you
Whether your address is Suter Brook, Leigh Square, Austin Heights, or a Lougheed corridor tower, the full kit arrives with me: lights, backdrop, and a screen for live image review. Setup fits a normal meeting room; a team of nine wraps inside an hour, 10–25 people in about two and a half.
Built to survive your next hire
Your session's full recipe (light placement, background tone, camera height, crop, retouch style) stays on file. When someone joins in the spring, they visit the Langley studio (about 30 minutes down Highway 1) and slot invisibly into the set you already have.
Your team page is the first meeting
Tri-Cities clients comparison-shop online before they ever call. When your "Our Team" page mixes a cropped wedding photo, a LinkedIn selfie, and a headshot from 2015, visitors draw quiet conclusions about how the firm runs. Uniform portraits close that gap instantly.
The fix takes one morning
Book a morning, point me at a boardroom, and send people over one at a time. Identical lighting and framing for everyone, guided posing for the camera-shy, and favourites chosen on screen before I pack up. Office, studio, or conference setting, the result is the same.
Team headshot pricing
Session totals first, because the per-person rate steps down as the group grows. Minimum booking is 2 people, at your office in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam or Port Moody or at the Langley studio.
The rates behind those totals: the first 9 people are $195 each, people 10 through 25 are $155 each, 26 through 50 are $129 each, and 51 and up are $99 each. The tiers stack, so 25 people is (9 × $195) + (16 × $155) = $4,235.
Charged once per visit for building and breaking down the portable studio, which takes approximately 45 minutes. Sessions at the Langley studio have no setup fee, because there is no mobile station to build.
Totals above are before GST and before the setup fee. There is no separate location fee on a team session: the setup fee covers bringing the studio to you.
New-hire matching
New employees come to the Langley studio and are matched to your existing set: lighting, background, crop, and file format. A custom online booking calendar is available for ongoing hires.

All three municipalities, edge to edge: Burke Mountain to Maillardville in Coquitlam, downtown PoCo and the Dominion Triangle, Moody Centre through Suter Brook and Newport Village. Travel is built into every Tri-Cities quote.
Yes, that's the most common Tri-Cities booking. Staff from multiple locations converge on one office for photo day, or the mobile studio visits two sites in the same morning. Everyone ends up on the identical setup either way.
A standard boardroom or a quiet corner roughly two desks wide. I arrive about 30 minutes early to build the set and pack it out cleanly when the last person is done.
No problem: they drop into the Langley studio when they're back and are photographed to your session's recorded recipe. On the team page, nobody can tell who was shot on which day.
Send one sample image. Background tone, lighting direction, framing, and file specs get reverse-engineered and matched. It doesn't matter who took the originals.
Individual proofing galleries land shortly after the shoot. Once everyone picks a favourite, retouched files are delivered in every crop and format your website and directory need.
