Volkan Photography provides corporate event photography and on-site event headshot booths throughout the Lower Mainland, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. One photographer covers your conference, AGM, awards night or staff party and runs a full studio headshot station at the same event, on one booking and one invoice.
Most organizers hiring for a Tri-Cities event end up calling two or three vendors: an event photographer, a headshot photographer, and a photo booth company. This is all three jobs in one contract, one point of contact, one schedule and one consistent look across every file you get back.
The studio is in Langley, but event photography is a mobile service. Your venue is where the photography happens, so the side of the river the business address sits on matters a lot less than whether the gear, the lighting and the schedule show up on time.
Yes, I come to the Tri-Cities
The Fraser River is not a service boundary. The Port Mann and the Golden Ears put Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody about the same distance from my door as downtown Vancouver.
Half an hour, door to door
The studio is at 204 St and 80 Ave in Willoughby, straight up Highway 1 and over the Port Mann. Coquitlam Centre, the Port Moody waterfront and PoCo are all roughly a 30 minute run outside rush hour, which means an early load-in for a morning start is no problem.
Built for real venues
Hotel ballrooms, conference rooms, community centre halls, breweries, golf clubs and office boardrooms. Loading bays, freight elevators and service corridors are normal. Tell me which door and which floor and the gear arrives on a cart.
One invoice
Coverage and the booth are quoted together and billed together, so there is no second vendor to brief, no second contract, and nothing extra added after the fact.
No second vendor
You do not need a local photographer for the room and another one for the headshots. Booking one person for both is usually cheaper than two half-day minimums, and nothing falls between the two schedules.

Published rates, before GST.
Hours 3 and 4 are +$225 each, hours 5 and 6 +$175, hours 7 and 8 +$125. Add-ons: event videography from $200/hr, instant delivery $400 per event.
Booths are booked as flat prices by duration, because every booking carries the mobile studio, setup and breakdown before any hourly coverage. Extra photographers, instant retouching, hair and makeup and sponsor branding are quoted as add-ons.
Running both at one event is one booking, not two. Send the run sheet with the date, the venue and the head count, and I will quote the combination rather than two separate services.

Do you photograph corporate events in Coquitlam?
Yes. The studio is in Willoughby, Langley, about half an hour from Coquitlam over the Port Mann, and event photography is a mobile service: the work happens at your venue, not at my studio. Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra are all regular territory.
Can one photographer cover the event and run a headshot booth?

How much does a headshot booth cost at a Tri-Cities event?
Flat prices by duration: $1,400 for two hours, $2,000 for four, $2,600 for six and $3,200 for eight, before GST. Capacity guidance is up to 30 people an hour, and there is no per-person overage charge.
What space and power does the booth need at a Tri-Cities venue?
A 3 by 4 metre footprint, which is exactly what a standard 10 by 10 exhibitor booth gives you, one standard outlet, and 45 minutes to set up before doors. Hotel ballrooms, conference rooms, community centre halls and office boardrooms all work.

How many people can go through the booth in an hour?
About 30 people per hour per photographer, at two minutes each, and attendees leave with the file already in hand. For higher demand a second or third photographer runs alongside, roughly 60 or 90 people an hour.
