How our 1-2-1 runs
We book a full hour, in person or on a call, and split it down the middle. Thirty minutes is yours: your business, your ideal client, your asks. Thirty minutes is mine. Following the BNI One-to-One Planner keeps it structured, so we leave with commitments instead of a nice chat.
Fill in the planner
Four worksheets: Member Bio, GAINS, Contact Sphere and Previous 10 Customers. Blank copy below if you need one. Twenty minutes of prep is what turns the hour into referrals.
Email it ahead
Send yours over before we meet and I will do the same, so neither of us spends the meeting on background.
Thirty minutes each
You go first or I do, your call. We use the worksheets as the agenda: goals, ideal clients, who to introduce, and what to say.
Commit and follow up
We each leave with one short-term referral, one long-term goal, up to five names to work on.
The One-to-One Planner
The seven page BNI planner holds the Member Biography Sheet, GAINS worksheet, Contact Sphere Planning and Previous 10 Customers worksheets, plus the commitment page. Take the blank copy, fill in your four worksheets, and email them to volkan@volkanphotography.com a day or two before we meet. Mine is below, already filled in, so you can read it before we sit down.
